For domestic purchases over 1000₺ made from bazdesignstudio.com, shipping fee is included in the product price.

For international orders, shipping costs belong to the buyer.

Your orders will be sent by MNG Cargo and PTT Cargo. Please open the shipping box when receiving your product and make sure that its contents are complete and undamaged. In case of any mishap, send the product back by keeping a report with the cargo officer.

Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 1-5 business days and will reach you within an average of 1-3 days. Since our estimated delivery time is calculated on business days, weekends and public holidays are not included in the specified time.

Due to the pandemic, this process may change depending on the quota and quarantine status of the cargo branches.

A separate information e-mail will be sent to you when your order is delivered to cargo.

If you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest relevant cargo branch and an information note will be left for you. You must collect your package from the specified branch within 3 business days.

Otherwise, your order will be returned to us.

If you want your returned order to be sent again, a shipping fee will be requested and your order will be reshipped to your name with a counter payment.
